How to Exchange driving licence from non-EU countries

1. Check if your country is on the list for exhanging lincence in Norway in the link below
2. Apply as early as possible, because it may take some time before you get an answer
3. You may only drive in Norway for 3 months, so start your driving training on a school early so you might practise at home parallel with driving lessons
4. Do the exchage within a year or you will need additional courses.
